This document governs use of the JustSwitch API Platform. For contractual SLAs or enterprise terms, refer to your signed order form or contact legal@justswitch.in.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") protects the integrity of the JustSwitch network, upstream providers and end-users. It applies to all API consumers, distributors and dashboard users.
2. Permitted use
- Integrating approved APIs into lawful products with valid user consent and privacy notices.
- Testing in sandbox before production traffic.
- Storing API logs for audit, reconciliation and dispute resolution within retention limits.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Identity fraud, synthetic identity, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.
- Scraping, credential stuffing, brute force or bypassing IP whitelist and rate limits.
- Sharing API keys across unapproved entities or exposing keys in client-side/mobile apps.
- Processing Aadhaar/biometric data without UIDAI-compliant architecture and agreements.
- Spam, phishing, illegal gambling, adult content or any unlawful purpose.
- Reselling APIs or white-labelling without written authorisation.
Violations may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance where permitted by law, and reporting to authorities.
4. Monitoring & enforcement
We monitor traffic patterns, velocity, fraud signals and complaint queues. You must cooperate with investigations and provide traceability for high-risk corridors within 24 hours when requested.
