1. Parties & scope
This API Partner Agreement ("Agreement") supplements the Terms of Service for production API access. Capitalised terms have meanings in the Terms unless defined here.
2. API access & credentials
- Production keys are issued after KYC approval and IP whitelisting.
- You must rotate compromised keys immediately and notify us within 4 hours.
- Bearer tokens must be sent over HTTPS only; callback URLs must be registered.
3. Service levels
Standard platform uptime target is 99.9% monthly excluding scheduled maintenance (communicated via dashboard/email). Latency targets vary by API category. Custom SLAs may be agreed for enterprise contracts.
4. Commissions & downline
Distributors earn commissions per approved slab on downline volume. Commission statements are available in the dashboard. Chargebacks and reversals may be netted against future settlements.
5. Regulatory compliance
You are responsible for licences, consents and fair-practice codes applicable to your business model. We may suspend categories of APIs if regulations change or upstream access is withdrawn.
