1. Scope
This policy explains cancellation of platform access, optional add-on services, pending API batches (where cancellable), and account closure. Transaction-level cancellations (e.g. payout recall) depend on the specific API and upstream network rules.
2. Cancelling platform access
- Submit a written request to support@justswitch.in with authorised signatory details.
- Settle outstanding invoices and export reports you need; API keys are revoked upon closure.
- Wallet balance is handled per the Refund Policy after deducting pending settlements.
3. Cancelling in-flight API requests
Some services (recharge, bill pay, IMPS payout) cannot be cancelled once submitted to the upstream network. Status enquiry APIs should be used to confirm final state. Cancellable services will return a cancellation reference when supported.
4. Notice period
Enterprise partners may have contractual notice periods (typically 30 days). Standard API users may request immediate closure subject to compliance clearance and zero pending disputes.
