1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and JustSwitch for use of our website, partner dashboard, documentation, sandbox and production APIs. By creating an account or making an API call you accept these Terms and our linked policies.
2. Eligibility & onboarding
- You must be a legally registered business or authorised representative with capacity to contract.
- Completion of KYC, execution of any partner agreement, and approval of API access are required before production use.
- You warrant that information submitted during onboarding is accurate and kept up to date.
3. Platform services
JustSwitch provides API connectivity, wallet/ledger tools, reporting, webhooks, developer console and related infrastructure. Specific APIs, pricing, SLAs and commercial terms may be set out in order forms, rate cards or the API Partner Agreement.
4. Fees & wallet
API usage, setup fees and commissions are charged as per your approved commercial schedule. Wallet top-ups are non-transferable between unrelated accounts unless permitted in writing. Taxes (GST, etc.) are additional where applicable.
5. Restrictions
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable RBI, UIDAI, NPCI, TRAI and other regulations. Reverse engineering, credential sharing, circumventing rate limits, and reselling without authorisation are prohibited.
6. Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis except where an SLA is expressly agreed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim, unless law requires otherwise.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, non-payment, regulatory direction or inactivity. Upon termination you must cease API use; provisions on confidentiality, liability and dispute resolution survive.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory arbitration clauses in a signed partner agreement if any.
