This document governs use of the JustSwitch API Platform. For contractual SLAs or enterprise terms, refer to your signed order form or contact legal@justswitch.in.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to amounts credited to your JustSwitch wallet, subscription or setup fees, and erroneous debits. It does not govern refunds owed by you to your own customers — those are your responsibility under your user terms.
2. Wallet top-ups
- Unused wallet balance may be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 business days of an approved request, minus payment gateway charges if applicable.
- Partially consumed balances are refundable only for the unused portion subject to minimum balance rules in your agreement.
- Promotional credits, referral bonuses and trial credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. API transaction charges
Successful API calls are generally non-refundable. If a transaction failed due to a verified platform error (duplicate debit, timeout after debit, or incorrect status mapping), raise a dispute within 7 days with transaction ID and logs.
Upstream provider failures may be reversed as per their settlement cycle; timing is outside our direct control but we will assist with reconciliation.
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@justswitch.in from your registered address with account ID, transaction references and reason.
- Our finance team reviews within 3 business days and may request additional proof.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or wallet as per compliance requirements.
5. Non-refundable items
- KYC/onboarding fees once verification work has commenced.
- Chargebacks initiated without prior dispute resolution.
- Services used in violation of Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
